Very uncomfortable sitting with leg bent/foot on a stool, had to clasp my hands under my knees. Repeatedly used the same very wet paper towel to dry my feet and legs, legs also sitting on damp towel. 50 minute appointment but only 35 minute session.

Hi M Lamarra ! First of all, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable during the spa pedicure. With a spa pedicure, your feet are soaked in a pedicure tub, so naturally, when you place your wet feet on a towel, the towel won't always dry. I changed to a new towel to ensure your feet were completely dry after the treatment (perhaps you forgot?). I couldn't clean your cuticles at the beginning of the treatment if you wanted to straighten your legs. Regarding the treatment time, it includes the time I will spend preparing drinks for clients, so the treatment may end earlier if you don't have a drink.
